It can be washed in the washing machine at a maximum of 40 degrees, or thoroughly rinsed with a small amount of detergent. Then let it air dry or tumble dry at the lowest temperature. Contact gehad met Volero over de bestelling van een vloerkleed. Volgens DPD geleverd, maar niets ontvangen. Wel is het erg professioneel opgepakt door Volero die navraag gaan doen bij de vervoerder. Er werd snel geschakeld via de chat via Volero, dus ik heb zeker vertrouwen dat het goed opgepakt en opgelost gaat worden.

Ik had een vloerkleed en onderkleed besteld en al lang van tevoren een leverdatum afgesproken. Op die dag werd alleen het onderkleed geleverd. Paar keer moeten bellen voor het vloerkleed zelf. Dat is uiteindelijk geleverd en ziet er heel mooi uit. Beter dan verwacht. Well done!
