Care

Vacuum twice a week with the brush retracted, this also reduces shedding on a new wool rug. Blot a spill immediately with a clean, slightly damp cloth without rubbing, so dirt does not work further into the fibre. Wool dries more slowly than other materials, so avoid getting it too wet. Shake the rug out outside occasionally for a deeper clean between vacuuming.

Cotton

Cotton is a natural plant fibre with a matte, understated look that may shed slightly in the first few weeks; this is normal and settles down with regular vacuuming. Care

Regular vacuuming reduces shedding on a new cotton rug. Blot a spill immediately with a damp cloth: cotton absorbs moisture quickly, so a spill would otherwise work further in. Keep the rug out of direct sunlight to slow down fading. A nonslip rug underlay keeps the rug in place and extends its lifespan.

On colder days

Wool holds on to warmth, which you feel most on a wooden or tiled floor.

Some loose fibre can be left over from the making, and a few rounds with the vacuum removes it.

Contact gehad met Volero over de bestelling van een vloerkleed. Volgens DPD geleverd, maar niets ontvangen. Wel is het erg professioneel opgepakt door Volero die navraag gaan doen bij de vervoerder. Er werd snel geschakeld via de chat via Volero, dus ik heb zeker vertrouwen dat het goed opgepakt en opgelost gaat worden.

Ik had een vloerkleed en onderkleed besteld en al lang van tevoren een leverdatum afgesproken. Op die dag werd alleen het onderkleed geleverd. Paar keer moeten bellen voor het vloerkleed zelf. Dat is uiteindelijk geleverd en ziet er heel mooi uit. Beter dan verwacht. Well done!
